Central Florida Boring LLC provides the office-based project coordination and administrative support that helps our qualified subcontractors connect with and complete underground construction projects. We coordinate project opportunities, review project requirements, manage scheduling, and facilitate communication between project sources and subcontractor crews. We also handle contract administration, insurance and compliance documentation, project paperwork, and ongoing coordination throughout the contracted work. Our goal is to allow our independent subcontractors to focus on their field operations while we manage the office-side organization and communication needed to keep projects moving.

Before physical work begins, Central FL Boring coordinates the required 811 utility locate requests for applicable project locations. We track locate requests, monitor the status of responses, and maintain documentation so the project has the required locate information before field operations begin.
Central FL Boring manages the administrative billing process for each contracted project. Subcontractors provide their required production information, supporting documentation and invoices to our office, and we review and organize the information before submitting the required billing and project documentation.
